2. Applicability
By placing an order through our website, the customer confirms having read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
3. Product information
We make every effort to display products, prices and descriptions as accurately as possible. Obvious errors or mistakes are not binding on us. The information on this website is intended solely as general product information and may not be construed as medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
4. Orders
An order becomes final only once payment has been successfully received and the order has been confirmed or processed by us. We reserve the right to refuse orders in cases of fraud, abuse, incorrect information or other justified reasons.
5. Prices and payment
All prices are stated in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated. Any applicable shipping costs are clearly communicated before the customer confirms the order. Payment is made via the payment methods available on the website.
6. Delivery
We deliver to the address provided by the customer. Stated delivery times are indicative. Delays do not automatically give rise to a right to compensation. The customer is responsible for providing correct delivery details.
7. Right of withdrawal and returns
If the customer is a consumer, they have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must contact us within this period at info@csixtylabs.com. Unless otherwise agreed, return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Products must be returned in good condition and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging.
8. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal may be excluded for products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken after delivery, or for products with a limited shelf life.
9. Complaints
Complaints must be reported as soon as possible via info@csixtylabs.com, stating the order number and a clear description of the problem. We will endeavour to reach a reasonable resolution.
10. Liability
We are not liable for damage resulting from incorrect or improper use of products. Subject to statutory exceptions, our liability is limited to direct damage resulting from a demonstrable fault on our part.
11. Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
12. Intellectual property
All texts, images, logos and other content on this website remain the property of CsixtyLabs and may not be used without prior written permission.
13. Privacy
Personal data are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
14. Applicable law
Belgian law applies. Disputes are preferably resolved by mutual agreement. The competent courts of the judicial district of our registered office have jurisdiction.
