We ship across the European Union from our facility in Belgium. All orders are dispatched within 1 business day of payment confirmation.

Delivery
We deliver to the address provided by the customer. Stated delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed. Delays do not automatically give rise to a right to compensation. The customer is responsible for providing correct delivery details.

Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Damaged or lost shipments
If your shipment arrives damaged or does not arrive within the indicated timeframe, please contact us at info@csixtylabs.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
