Right of withdrawal and returns

If the customer is a consumer, they have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must contact us within this period at info@csixtylabs.com. After notification, the product must be returned within 14 calendar days to:

Unless otherwise agreed, return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Products must be returned in good condition and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal may be excluded for products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken after delivery, or for products with a limited shelf life.

Complaints

Complaints must be reported as soon as possible via info@csixtylabs.com, stating the order number and a clear description of the problem. We will endeavour to reach a reasonable resolution.
